The Curious Kumquat is a Restaurant and Beer & Wine haven in Silver City, New Mexico.  Our restaurant and beer and wine list are second to none in Southwest New Mexico. Our restaurant features foraged and local foods with an eye on historic Apache diets prepared in very modern ways.

This week’s ‘Eat What the Chef Eats’ is Korean Elk osso bucco with Frisco Farms green garlic (Tues-Sat).  Other entrees may include: 4-H lamb chops, Gila chicken splits, St. Louis style saffron ravioli & Thai red curry duck.  Check back for details.  All are available Tues-Sat, 5-8:30. Modernist foraged tasting dinners are available Thursday – Saturday.
